Cold Drawn Welded Pipe

Cold drawn welded pipe is made of seamless hot-rolled steel pipe and straight-slot welded pipe as a blank. Cold drawing refers to the method of applying a pulling force on one end of the material to pull the material through a mold hole. Welded pipe is made by forming flat products (strip, sheet or plate) into the desired shape, in this case, normally round. Welded pipes can be produced in large sizes without any size restriction. The pipe has high strength. The cold drawn welded pipe is made for commercial uses.
